What you’ll do:
• Support recruitment & onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Assist with payroll administration and leave tracking
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Provide daily HR support while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
What we’re looking for:
• MBO degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work independently
