ISS we protect families, businesses and property 24/7. Our Central Station
Operators take on an especially important role to ensure the safety of our
customers. They properly respond to alarm signals from our customers’ alarm
systems; dispatch emergency signals to ISS 24/7 patrol, police, fire, and medical agencies and provide
excellent customer service to our customers in their time of need.

To be successful, you will need a caring attitude and solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of properties and people
- Incoming and outgoing call handling
- Accurately and efficiently respond to alarm signals
- Follow signal processing procedures
- Communicate with clients, team members and local authorities
- Provide excellent customer service
Must Have
- Minimum MAVO Diploma
- Excellent English writing skills

Fluent in Papiamento, English, Dutch and Spanish
- Highly level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends
- Dutch Passport
Nice to have
- Experience as telephone operator
- Additional languages
- Able to type 30+ words a minute
in English - Affinity with technology
- Basic knowledge of Security and CCTV systems
- Knowledge of addresses in Aruba
