Security & Patrol Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the Security & Patrol department. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between the officers, management, and clients.
The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train officers. He/She will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure officer and client satisfaction. 

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism and have a minimum of 2 years supervisory work experience.

Job requires a flexible work attitude and willingness to work shifts in a 3-1 (work 3 days, followed by 1 off day) schedule in a 24-hour setting.
