Integrated Security Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to lead and support our security teams across various client sites. If you’re a strong leader with an eye for detail and a passion for safety, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading security provider in Aruba.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Conduct site inspections and enforce company policies and procedures
• Respond to incidents, write reports, and provide professional solutions on-site
• Train, coach, and motivate officers to perform at the highest standard
• Serve as the main contact for clients and management during your shift

We’re Looking For:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
• Good computer skills
• Good written and verbal skills (English required, Papiamento/Spanish/Dutch a plus)
• Flexible to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Valid driver’s license
