This position is customer service based, requires excellent communication skills, as well as critical thinking with the ability to serve and protect.

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism and have a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory work experience.

Job requires a flexible work attitude and willingness to work shifts in a 3-1 (work 3 days, followed by 1 off day) schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of property and people
  • Guide, coach and supervise
  • Assist with shift scheduling
  • Liaison between management and Client

Must Have

  • 3-5 Years experience in similar position
  • Friendly, Service minded Attitude
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Hands-On Mentality

Nice to have

  • Military, Police Background
  • Security Training Certification
  • BHV Certification
  • Experience scheduling shifts
