Integrated Security Services Aruba is seeking an experienced and highly attentive Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer.
Core Experience Requirements
✅ 2–5 years of security experience
✅ At least 1 year of monitoring or control-room experience
✅ Experience with CCTV, access-control and alarm-monitoring systems
✅ Experience assessing incidents and coordinating field officers
✅ Ability to identify suspicious activity, patterns and security trends
✅ Strong incident-reporting and written communication skills
General Requirements
Valid Aruba driver’s license; Min MAVO or EPB Level 1; Strong multitasking and analytical abilities; Ability to manage multiple monitors, alerts and communication channels; High attention to detail.
